1. Turn the iPad completely off/on
2. Open Safari and sign back in to Zscaler
3. Username-email address ([email protected])
4. Password-UID number (this is your Powerschool number)
5. Try again
6. Try logging in multiple times. Many are getting an error message on the first try. Make sure you try the link in your browser and the meeting ID and password in the Zoom app.
7. Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
8. Then, scroll down to Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data
9. Try again
10. Reinstall the Zoom app from Self Service
11. Try again
12. Disconnect other devices from your Wifi
13. Try again
14. If none of these work, try: download Google Chrome from Self Service & try logging in through Chrome.
